Leading Nutrition offers Nutrition Information Panels (NIPs) for recipe analysis of menu items. Our dietitians are experienced in reviewing products and menu items and can provide analysis data for recipes. The NIPs include analysis of recipes for main nutrition components (protein, fats, carbohydrates etc), vitamins and minerals, fibre and salt; we can also provide an ingredient listing as well as an analysis of allergy and intolerance e.g. gluten-free/coeliac disease, lactose intolerance nut allergies.
